By downloading, installing, or using My Memory Map ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

My Memory Map is a personal memory-mapping application that allows users to create, store, and organize memories using locations, notes, emotions, images, and audio.

The App is designed for personal and private use, enabling users to reflect on their own experiences.

2. No Medical or Psychological Use

My Memory Map is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service.

The App does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice of any kind.

Any insights, patterns, or outputs are generated solely from user-provided content and are intended for informational and personal reflection purposes only.

You should not rely on the App as a substitute for professional advice.

3. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for unlawful purposes

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App ("User Content").

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You are responsible for your content and confirm that:

• You have the necessary rights to it
• It does not violate any laws or third-party rights

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

6. Data Storage & Responsibility

You are responsible for your data.

While we take reasonable measures to protect data, we do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Prevention of data loss

We are not liable for loss of memories, content, or data.

7. Insights & Features Disclaimer

Any insights, patterns, or summaries generated by the App:

• Are automated and based only on user-provided data
• Are informational only
• May be incomplete or inaccurate
• Should not be relied upon for decision-making

8. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App may offer subscriptions ("Pro").

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies

We do not control billing or refunds processed by Apple.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Upload harmful or illegal content
• Interfere with the App's operation
• Attempt unauthorized access

10. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without liability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of data or content
• Emotional or personal interpretation of content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, goodwill, or use

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

• Your content
• Violation of these Terms

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.
